Much better in all respects than the original Pirelli's except wear. My car is 4 wheel drive so that may account for higher tyre wear.

Very confidence inspiring, even during fast road use. Not the grippiest tyre ever, but gives great feel, they're very predictable and easy to get back when they slide. Highly recommended, especially for the price!!!

Comment:
For a mid-price tyre these were excellent in all areas except tyre wear. Wet and drip cornering grip was excellent and there was good feedback from the tyre / road. They had no issue with standing water. Good braking and acceleration (although 4WD helps). Did not feel like there was a point where the tyres felt like they were on their limits. The only concern is tyre wear. I'm only running 180hp and 4WD (mostly FWD on the A3) and the front's lasted 8000 miles. There was around 2.5mm on the front when changed and 4mm on the rear. As the car is 4WD I changed all 4 at the same time for something with more longevity (hopefully). Other than that I would buy again but I expect around 12-14k miles from a set of tyres but then again you can have it all, good grip in dry/wet, longevity and low price!
